All debit/credit card and E-check payments incur a fee that is the greater of $1.50 or 3% - note this fee is NOT charged by FFJWA, but our billing system. FFJWA does not receive this money. ...But to avoid being charged a penalty fee, a certified letter fee, and/or a shutoff turn off/on fee - you can now pay online.
Payments for residential customers are due on the 15th of each month to avoid late fees.
Commercial (Pgh Mills) customers are due on the 24th each month.
NOTE: PAYMENTS MADE AFTER THE DUE DATE MAY NOT REFLECT ON THE PAPER STATEMENT MAILED TO YOU.
UP TO DATE BILLING INFORMATION WILL BE REFLECTED UNDER ACCOUNTS ONCE PAYMENTS ARE CLOSED FOR THE DAY.
